Our aim is to fulfil your order from the printing location closest to you. By doing so we do our best to shorten the delivery time.

As soon as we get your order it is routed to a production facility that meets your specific order's requirements. The order is then picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

Your parcel then begins its journey once it been picked up for delivery by one of our shipping partners. If your order isn’t finished in time for the daily pick-up it will be picked up the next business day.

Due to this specialized production method, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Each item is made specifically for you at the time of your order, which allows us to ensure the utmost attention to detail and quality. However, this also means that once an order is placed and produced, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Machine washable at 40°, hang dry and iron on medium. To preserve colour and avoid bleeding, wash inside out with similar colours. Do not dry clean or iron directly on print. Use only non-chlorine bleach if necessary.
